REGISTRATION

 

B.1. REGULAR REGISTRATION

 

All students whose applications for admission have been approved by the Admissions

 

Committee shall be notified by mailAllor freshmen, as well as transfer students must take the entrance examination and psychologi-

 

cal tests. Students are not officially the class card issued by the Registrar’

 

 

B.2. LATE REGISTRATION

 

Any student who fails to register during the published registration period shall be allowed to register only with the approval of the Academic Dean and the Registrar. Late regis-trants shall be required to pay a late registration fee for each day of late registration. No

student  shall  be  allowed  to  register  on

 

B.3. CHANGE OF REGISTRATION

 

Students may change and/or drop subjects for very reasonable cause. Changes of registra-tion may be made within the first two w of the academic dean, department head and instructors concerned. A change of registra-

 

tion becomes effective on the dateAfeethe shall be charged to any change of registration.

 

 

B.4. CROSS REGISTRATION

 

A student may be allowed to cross-register for one summer term only if he intends to spend the school term in his home province or region by submitting a letter of request from parents. On regular semesters, cross registration may be allowed for up to six (6) units only on the following grounds:

 

1. The subject required is not offered in the college during the term the requesting student is enrolled;

 

b)The subject is offered but the schedule student.
