The Accountancy Department is committed toproviding its students with quality Christian education that will prepare them to beco,e dependable, confidents, trustworthy, honest, efficient, and service-oriented accountants in best service to God and humanity.
VISION
The Accountancy Department envisions itself in the next five years to become the leading Seventh-day Adventist educational institution nationwide that will provide quality-Christian accountants for the service of God and humanity.
OBJECTIVES
1. To prepare its students to pass CPA licensure examination and become future accountants fitted to work in the church, as well as, in government and private institutions.
2. To have highly-qualified Christian teachers in the department who will inspire the students to aim high and excel in their studies and professional life.
3. To provide its students with high quality education and training in accountancy through updated teaching materials and methods that corresponds with government laws and regulations and current global trends in business practices.
4.To develop in each students the professional attributes of competent accountants who are objective, independent, and profitable in business operation.
5. To train its students to become a Christ-centered and services-oriented professional to the church, country, and global community.
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
The Department of accountancy is doing its best to mold and prepare you for your future as Certified Public Accountants. The aim of your training here is not only for you to pass the board examination but that you come out of this institution as a God-fearing CPA. The type of accountant who would stand for the right and not afraid of calling sin by its right name.
Dishonesty is common in the business world and usually accountants were used as a tool to achive dishonest gain. It is with this reason that we are training you to be truthful and honest in every situation.
Hopefully, you will graduate in this institution ready to face the challenges of the actual business world and let God be your partner whereever you go.
