GUIDELINES ON GRADING

 

1. Any grade  submitted  to  the  Registrar’s. No provisional or temporary grade is allowed.

2. A.student who fails to take the final ex during the semester does not merit and does not earn any         credit such as NG or no grade and NC or no                credit but which does not indicate failure.

 

   3. A.student may request for an INC grade INC grade request formTheavailable INC gradeats cleared          within one year. If the student fails to remove              the INC after the grace period is over, the            teacher concerned should report to the Dean and the Registrar the recommended  final  grade                  for recording.

 

              4. Any incomplete compliance of the requirements of a particular subject due to illness or                                           circumstances beyond their control reasonable enough to be                          considered but not due                     to negligence, poor performance or delays may merit an INC grade. However, this should be                                 requested in writing by the stude                        proved by the instructor, program head, dean and                       the registrar. Compliance should not be later than the end of the following semester. An incomplete                     work not cleared on time will result to a failing grade.
