ADMISSION

    

Central Philippine Adventist College is an instution of higher learning operated by the Seventh Day Adventist Church. It accepts application from individuals whose manner acting, feeling, and thinking are in harmony with the objectives, values, and beliefs of the institution an irrespective of race, color, gender and religious affiliations. Church membership is not a requisite for admission, but applicants are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of  College.

 

Admission to the College is a privelege and not a right. The College therefore reserves the right to refuse admission of applicants or to require the withdrawal of students when it deems that thier presesence among students body is inimical to the objectives of the College or the observance of the regulations. The college, at random, may require students to undergo and medical examination to ensure a drug free campus. To qualify for admission, applicants must give evidence of good moral character, intellectual capacity, satisfactory health, and desire to learn.

1. Applicantion Fee of P100.00

2. Orientation Fee of P150.00

3. Form 138 (HS Card)

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

5. Birth Certificate(Aunthenticated by the Local Civil Registrar and NSO)

6. Three (3) Copies (2x2) ID Pictures

7. Four(4) Copies (1x1) ID Pictures

8. Drug Test Certification(taken not later than five (5) days before submission

9. Hepatitis - B Examination

2. Honorable Dismissal from School last attended

3. Transcript of Records for Evaluation

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character from School last attended

5. Birth Certificate (authenticated by the Local Civil Registrar and NSO)

6. Three (3) Copies (2x2) ID Pictures

7. Four (4) Copies (1x1) ID Pictures

8. Drug Test Certification (taken not later than 5 days before submission

9. Hepatitis-B examination
